Professional and Caring Dentists in Erie, Pennsylvania

Dr. Cropp was born and raised in Erie, PA. He graduated from Cathedral Prep High School in 1989 and subsequently attended the University of Pittsburgh. He earned a B.S. in Combined Sciences and then attended the School of Dental Medicine where he graduated from in 1995. He then completed a General Practice Residency in Dentistry at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown, OH.

Dr. Cropp then returned to Erie and worked at two different private dental offices from July of 1996 until September of 1999. At that time he took a giant leap and opened his own dental office in the Yorktown Center off of West 12th Street. He practiced there for 10 years until he built his own building in the summer of 2009. This building is the current location of Lighthouse Dentistry. Dr. Cropp plans to one day retire from this office and never move locations again!

Dr. King (formerly Dr. Strazisar) was born and raised in Erie PA where she graduated from Villa Maria Academy in 2002 in the top 10% of her class. She went on to attend Point Park University in Pittsburgh PA where she graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor's in Science. She is a 2012 graduate of Temple University Kornberg School of Dental Medicine and was selected through the MATCH program for the St. Luke's/St. Vincent's Charity Medical Center General Practice Residency in Cleveland OH. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. King (formerly Dr. Strazisar) continued to work in Ohio until her desire to be closer to family brought her back to Erie. After beginning her private practice career in Fairview, PA she found her permanent home at Lighthouse Dentistry with Dr. Cropp where she focuses on providing excellent dental care to all patients. She is an active member of the ADA, PDA and ECDA.
